Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at GoodGrabs, a thriving online reseller and retail store based in Mabelvale, Arkansas.
We're seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented E-Commerce and Operations Assistant to support our growing business.
This role involves a blend of e-commerce account management (Amazon, eBay), inventory preparation, and administrative support to streamline operations and enhance our online and retail sales channels.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing listings on Amazon and eBay, including creating new listings, updating existing ones, and optimizing product descriptions for better visibility.
Support our office operations by assisting with customer service inquiries, account health maintenance, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory preparation, including tagging, bagging, and organizing products shipments.
Provide occasional support for our retail storefront, including inventory management and customer service.
Collaborate with the management team to identify process improvements, implement efficiency measures, and support various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon FBA and eBay platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) and e-commerce tools.
Compensation:
