Clinical Operations Leadership Support Specialist-Hospice (RN)
The Clinical Operations Leadership Support Specialist (RN) provides support as an ED, CD, PCM either onsite or remote based on assignment.
This role will also be available to educate and support employees of new acquisition sites on all aspects of LHC processes, policies, and applicable clinical software in a professional, clear, and concise way.
The integration activity may require both onsite and remote support based on the need.
Responsible for performing duties defined by the Home Health ED,CD,PCM job description.
o Provides on site or remote support based on agency needs and in coordination with local and regional leadership.
o Remote Assignments are occasional and delegated by Supervisor.
o Responsible for the education and communication of LHC operational processes and policies while supporting a role or during integration activity.
o Responsible for the education and communication of applicable EMR.
o Responsible for the education and communication of operational metrics/analytics/KPIs.
o Ability to independently plan for an integration to include schedules, education, equipment, materials and all other items applicable within the process.
o Works in collaboration with the operation teams to identify training needs, develop training plans specifically designed to meet identified needs, and ensures understanding and application of relevant training.
o Provides on-site or remote leadership support based on agency needs and in coordination with local and regional leadership.
o All other duties assigned.
Current RN licensure in state of practice with at least 1 year experience as a manager of care in home health.
o Oasis Certification preferredo Oasis Certification preferredo Current CPR certification requiredo Clinical Competencieso Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportationo CA:
One year prior professional nursing experience.
o LA:
At a minimum, one year of clinical experience.
RN licensure must have no restrictions.
Salary:
$34 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
